Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Is an online consultation a medical diagnosis?
No. Online assessment is a professional opinion to help you prepare and plan. It is not a medical diagnosis or prescription. For any acute or serious symptom, please seek in-person care or emergency services.
Why aren't prices shown on most services?
By default, pricing is discussed during consultation so it can reflect your individual plan. Where a service has chosen to publish a price, it appears on that service's card.
What information do you collect when I book?
Only what's needed to reply: your name, email, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We do not collect health-test files or sensitive medical data at this stage.
Is the Ingredient Library tied to any brand or product?
No. The Ingredient Library is brand-neutral and product-neutral. It exists to help you understand basic skincare science. It is general reference only, not a diagnosis or prescription.
What if I'm in crisis or having thoughts of harm?
Please don't wait. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988. If life is in immediate danger, call 911. Crisis resources are shown on every psychological support page.
