Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most.
- Is an online consultation a medical diagnosis?
- No. Online assessment is a professional opinion to help you prepare and plan. It is not a medical diagnosis or prescription. For any acute or serious symptom, please seek in-person care or emergency services.
- Why aren't prices shown on most services?
- By default, pricing is discussed during consultation so it can reflect your individual plan. Where a service has chosen to publish a price, it appears on that service's card.
- What information do you collect when I book?
- Only what's needed to reply: your name, email, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We do not collect health-test files or sensitive medical data at this stage.
- Is the Ingredient Library tied to any brand or product?
- No. The Ingredient Library is brand-neutral and product-neutral. It exists to help you understand basic skincare science. It is general reference only, not a diagnosis or prescription.
- What if I'm in crisis or having thoughts of harm?
- Please don't wait. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988. If life is in immediate danger, call 911. Crisis resources are shown on every psychological support page.
