Privacy & Terms

How Solaiment handles your information, and the terms under which this site and its services are offered.

TODO: Owner confirmation. This is a working draft. The legal entity name has been set to Solaiment. The Owner must review and confirm this text before it is published as final.

Not a medical diagnosis

Information and online assessment provided by Solaiment are for general educational purposes and pre-consultation preparation. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. For any acute or serious symptom, seek in-person care or emergency services. Crisis resources are shown on every psychological support page.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking request or contact message, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, an optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message — so we can reply. At this stage we do not collect health-test files or sensitive medical data through this site.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your request and to arrange a consultation. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising. Sensitive submissions are kept separate from any analytics and are never used for analysis or model training.

Scope of practice

Eligibility to provide remote services in the United States and Canada is the responsibility of the practitioner. Solaiment operates as a solo practice; the allocation of professional responsibility is set out in the practice's records.

Payments

Where payment is required, it is handled through a trusted third-party payment provider. Solaiment does not store your card details on this site.
